Message dated April 10 was read stating the Speaker respectfully

SENATE BILL NO. 31 "An Act naming the runway at the state-                                                                      
owned airport in Akhiok the Jim Andie and Robin Starrett Memorial                                                               
Runway"                                                                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
and                                                                                                                             
                                                                                                                                
HOUSE CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 31(RLS) "An Act naming the                                                                         
runway at the state-owned airport in Akhiok the Jim Andie and Robin                                                             
Starrett Memorial Runway; and naming the state-owned airport at                                                                 
Kodiak the Benny Benson State Airport."                                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
President Huggins requested the Secretary return the bills to the                                                               
House. There being no objection, the bills were returned.
